To begin with the host was amazing, she came out prior to our arrival to shovel the snow around the property to make our stay much more comfortable. The house was a pleasure to stay at and had everything we needed for the weekend.

Megan was a fantastic host. She answered all of my questions promptly and helped us with finding local places to go. The house was extremely clean and inviting. So many little touches were added to make our stay very enjoyable. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs. It’s in a great location with several bars and restaurants nearby and also very safe. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

This home was perfect! It was so clean and up to date and so cute! The owners have literally thought of everything, the little details they thought of truly makes this home stand out! Loved how close we were to downtown and were able to walk most places we needed to be. My kids (and myself) loved the selfie wall! We didn’t need for anything with this home, don’t pass this one up! We will definitely be booking here again for future stays in Indy!

This is a great place, in a good neighborhood had everything we needed for a group of 6. We went to a FEVER game. Took a short 7 minute uber to downtown and back as were short on time. Could walk it if necessary. Beds comfortable, place has been redone and is very clean. Was able to walk to closer near by restaurant and bars.

The house was clean, safe and quiet. Check in and out was easy and Megan was responsive. It was updated and looked like the pictures. There is a half bath, cute front porch, side porch and fenced in backyard - and was warm even though it was freezing out. Highly recommend! The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars in each category: 1- there is no desk/workspace other than the kitchen counter (which is small, gets wet easily bc of the sink, and there are only 2 spaces/seats); 2- it is advertised for sleeping10 but only 2 can sit to eat and there are utensils and glasses only for 5/6; 3- none of the bedrooms had bedside lamps; and 4- there were no curtains.

Nice and close

Nice home in quiet neighborhood. Clean, neat and well suited for FDIC group. Would like to see better blinds or curtains to darken bedrooms. Megan was very attentive to our needs and was an excellent host. We will be back next year.

Perfect place to stay in Indianapolis.

Very clean. I was worried my kids were going to get in to everything but everything was put up and out of their reach. Plenty of space for a family of four. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely recommend staying here. 10/10.
