It is located on a deep boating canal in Summerland Key (3 ft. draft steady, 4ft./sailboats when the tide is right). There is immediate access to both the Atlantic or Gulf!! Conveniently located on Summerland Key close to all of the amenities to make your vacation or stay in the Keys the best possible!

Upstairs is 1/1 with full kitchen, white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, dishwasher, fridge, gas slide-in range with hood, central A/C and washer/dryer.

Downstairs is 2/1 with kitchenette with microwave, fridge, 2 electric burners built-in and countertop convection oven, central A/C.

Outside shower and 40' Seawall to bring your boat. Parking is limited to 3 cars max.

* Dog friendly on CASE BY CASE basis! (additional rent/deposit applies)

* No smoking on entire property ~ no exceptions.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed at Little Blue for 2 months in 2017 and fell in love with this home and Summerland Key! This home is on an open water canal about 4 houses from the open waters of the Gulf/ Atlantic. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! We saw Manatee, Snapper, Eel, Shark, Barracuda, Octopus, Parrot Fish, Sgt. Major fish, Amber Jack fish, Needle Fish, Sting Ray, Stoned Crab, and Blue Crab all from the patio of this beautiful home! This home is also less than 20 minutes to Key West! Jaime was a wonderful host! We would definitely return!

Our family LOVES the Florida Keys. We enjoy spending time out on the water taking part in all aspects of everything the Keys have to offer. Whether it's spending all day spearfishing our local reefs, fishing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, kayaking, scuba diving, sunset/dolphin tours, we fully immerse ourselves into Keys Living at its finest!!!!

Why they chose this property

If you love the water, fishing or diving then this is the perfect house! No long canals to get out to open water, just seconds to Niles Channel with quick access to both the Atlantic and Gulf.

Only 5 miles to LOOE Key, one of the most popular reefs around great for diving and snorkeling. Drag the reef and spend the day fishing, diving, snorkeling or spearfishing.

Tired of to buzz around the bridge to Picnic Island and anchor up for some afternoon fun hanging where the locals go! Go check out Little Palm Island for some find dining (reservations required).

What makes this property unique

This classic Keys Cottage was the original home built on this canal in 1958. The builder developed part of Summerland Key and this was his home while developing the area. This home has been fully renovated and it's modern while still holding the classic charm of an original Conch home.
