This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom pool home comfortably sleeps 8 and is in an excellent location for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island or Siesta Key; it's also a close drive to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and I-75. The property is conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, WAWA, and several restaurants!

As soon as you enter the home you will be greeted by natural lighting which pours into the living room and lights up the cozy furniture that complements the space. The living room offers a large sofa, two swivel accent chairs along with a Smart TV mounted on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or sporting events or just relaxing with your friends and family. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, allowing for easy interaction and socializing.

For the chef in the family you will be happy to get into the kitchen where there are all new stainless steel appliances and all the pot & pans you need to make your favorite home cooked meals. Enjoy cooking on the grill? A propane grill is available for use as well to complete the perfect BBQ! Additional items include a Keurig, Crock Pot, Blender, & More.

Speaking of the outdoors, the pool area is the ultimate vacation spot. Take a dip in the pool to cool off or lounge in the poolside seating to get that ultimate Florida tan. Enjoy the nighttime ambiance in the lighted pool area along with a Smart Tv to listen to music or watch your favorite shows while relaxing pool side.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? All three of the bedrooms sit on the right side of the home with bedroom 1 separated in the back corner of the home and the two guest bedrooms at the front. Bedroom 1 offers a King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a smart TV for your enjoyment. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-sized bed and a smart TV while bedroom 3 has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom in the hallway between them.

Are you trying to find out the best places to go in the local area that is quintessentially “Florida?” We have a few spots in mind!
Head to Lakewood Ranch to participate in outdoor sports and get in some exercise during a warm day. Another cool spot that is so close to your home is Sarasota, a bustling and vibrant city that we love going to for nightlife and cultural events. For those who just need to do a few errands and pick up some items left at home, the Starbucks and Publix are just a few minutes away on foot!

We also recommend going to Anna Maria Island. This white sand beach with crashing waves, good vibes, and pristine weather is less than 13 miles from your home. We love going here while, swimming, and sitting on the beach during a hot, summer day. Another great attraction on the island is the City of Anna Maria. This is a perfect place to get some souvenirs or new clothes, looking around Pink and Navy boutique stores, Two Sides of Nature for souvenirs, or The White Egret for some fashionable clothing. If you are hungry first thing in the morning, grab some breakfast or iced coffee at Ginny and Jane E's Cafe and Gift Store, Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe, or The Waffle Press.

During the days when you really don't feel like leaving your house or going outside of the community, we recommend using the tennis court and challenging your guests to a friendly doubles match. Or you can use the basketball court and challenge your friends to a game of HORSE! For the less active, hang out in the heated community pool during a cold evening to bond with your neighbors. You can also bring your kids to the attached playground to see them whiz down the slides and climb on the monkey bars. There's something for everyone to enjoy within the community.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
