Unit was clean and comfortable with 2 bathrooms for a family too big for 1 hotel room. Roof top setting and pool was appealing, but weather did not cooperate during our visit. Communication was good regarding check in and check out process as well as with any questions that came up during our stay.

Location was as described, downtown LA. Very busy street meant noise throughout the night, every night. Building next door had fire alarm going off at 2:00 am. We were sent the wrong WiFi password in the original check in text. There were not enough forks for the number of guests. The apartment itself was fine. The pool, hot tub and grills were nice. We were asked to pay for parking separately after the booking, felt a little bait and switched.
