This place was amazing. We had one issue with the hot water whe. We first got there and they had someone there within an hour and it was fixed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS VRBO PROPERTY. It seemed like we were faced with issue after issue at this property and it really put a damper on our trip and resulted in some guests leaving early. On our check in day I still hadn’t received any information to enter the property so I messaged and called the host via the contact information provided and was not given a response. Upon arriving to the property, we found that the back door was unlocked and just entered through there. We told the host this and was never given and apology or explanation as to why check in info was never provided. Later that night, we realized there was no hot water (as stated in another review). Since it was late, we waited til the next morning and messaged the host. We never received a response from our host however soon after a man walked into our kitchen from the basement. He was apparently there to fix the hot water, however we were never given any warning of his arrival and he didn’t knock, he just somehow entered the property through the basement which was concerning. After this, we did have hot water for a few hours, until later that night when we were no longer getting any running water to the property at all. This issue persisted through the entirety of our stay and resulted in us not being able to shower, wash our hands, or even flush the toilets from the evening of August 9th til checkout out on the 11th. I made many attempts to reach out to the host and was hardly receiving responses.
