1 in a Million industrial loft-style single family home in one of Pittsburgh's most beautiful, historic neighborhoods. It's walking distance to the North Shore stadiums and Downtown (1 mile) . Concrete floors, soapstone countertops, wet bar, beer fridge, zen garden and giant windows make it truly unique. King, queen, and bunk beds await you in the cozy bedrooms. Enjoy the relaxing jetted bathtub and shower in the 4 bathrooms and if you need beer or fresh bread or a restaurant, bar or coffee... we have all of it within 2 blocks! Rainy day? The basement has basketball, ping-pong and foosball plus exercise machines (not a pro gym, but rowing, bike, etc..). Our home is often mistaken for an art gallery or architect's office from the outside, but inside it's quiet and secure while the location will enable you to experience everything Pittsburgh has to offer on foot or within a $10 Uber ride.
