This is a really pretty, super comfortable ocean front condo, right on a private beach with a pool! Direct ocean front views, Located in the Pyramid on 95th street , the beach is beautiful there and is Ocean City lifeguarded, Its very clean and not crowded
This two bedroom unit offers a king and private bath in the master with walk in shower the second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a bath with a tub shower combo . Both bedrooms have flat screen tv's There is an updated kitchen with all the dishes and cookware you would need, both bathrooms are tile. The living area offers comfortable seating and a brand new sofa bed, 65” flat screen tv and fireplace! Dining table and chairs, great for dinner or games! There is also an ocean front bonus room that is wonderful to relax and watch the ocean. XfinityWIFI. Also the Pyramid is across the street from a grocery store for added convenience!

We had a great time during our stay. This place was very clean, the host was wonderful, and we were there at a time (mid-March) where the sunrise was directly in front of us, so we were able to view from closed-in balcony, with coffee in hand!! It was lovely!! The only suggestion we would make is for the hall bath tub to be refinished, as it was peeling, so all showered in the main bedroom bath. Otherwise, I highly suggest and promote this listing!!

Property owner was very responsive to all of our questions upon arrival. Condo was immaculate, very clean. View is beautiful, extension of living space is so smart. The balcony is completely enclosed so you can enjoy the gorgeous view and feel like you are on the beach even during cold temps! We are already planning our next trip! My husband and I live in a small town in Pennsylvania, I work in advertising sales, and most all of our vacations involved the beach, so one trip I decided to look into owning my own place, our son was out of school and we needed to start a new phase in life . Condo owning lets me do my second favorite hobby which is interior decorating, we spend all the off season improving the interiors of our properties. Its a great way to spend time together we look forward to our weekends working at the condo's. And while there we get to visit our son because he relocated to Ocean City and actually helps manage the properties. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay in our condo and come back for many years!

Why they chose this property

After much searching and touring buildings, we found the Pyramid to be the "Best on the Beach", its an architectural marvel! This unique structure is 15 floors of solid concrete, and the final 5 stories are stick built.
The location and the design of the building made me want to own there. So we bought a one bedroom, then had the opportunity to buy a 2 bedroom right next door, this works out great for larger groups that would also like a little separation. The timeless design of this building appeals to vacationers year after year.
