Our host, Paty, was fantastic and very responsive! This is a perfectly appointed apartment with a wonderful layout. There are lots of drawers, space to hang your clothes and extra warm blankets. The water was hot with great water pressure. Best shower!! The bed is large, comfy, and had great support... honestly, the most comfortable ever! The 55" Smart TV was perfect, too! The desk area of the living room provided the perfect work space and Wi-Fi is rock solid and fast. We highly recommend staying there and even a washer and dryer downstairs for longer stays!! The location was perfectly walkable to everywhere in Centro. Finally, the support team is great and Karla did a great job keeping our apartment clean and a very nice person too. Thank you all!!

I’ll start with the positives: the Wi-Fi worked, and the condo is in a great location in the historic center.Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. There was no hot water during our stay. I contacted two different property contacts and received no response. After finally reaching someone through VRBO, I was told to contact the handyman myself. I did, and he never responded either. The result was two days without hot water for showers or washing dishes.The unit was also lacking basic amenities. Only two bath towels and one hand towel were provided. There was no bath mat, washcloths, tissues, paper towels, and only one roll of toilet paper. We ended up using the hand towel as a bath mat because the bathroom floor became slippery after every shower.The shower head sprayed water outside the shower, soaking the bathroom floor and toilet paper, and the bathroom faucet was extremely loose and in need of repair. There was also a TV mount in the living room but no TV—only one in the bedroom.What was most frustrating is that these aren’t major issues. Hot water, basic supplies, and responsive communication are fundamental expectations for any rental.This property has great potential because of its location, but it feels like it’s being run with the bare minimum attention to maintenance and guest comfort. With some care and responsiveness, it could be a nice place to stay. Instead, it was a frustrating experience.
