Very conveniently located close to all shopping and highways. You can actually walk to the Villages at Gulfstream Park Casino race track with lots of beautiful shops and international restaurants. The Big Easy Casino with the Hollywood Dog Track is also 5 minutes away. This is the perfect location. You can get to South Beach in Half hour either by the road along the ocean or the highway.

Ideal Rental

This property was rented by a Marine Construction company for a work crew of 5 men. The space and beds were ideal for our situation. The owner was very easy to communicate with, answered all questions in a timely manner and was very accommodating. The rental extended for over one month without any issues.

Yolanda is very nice, the house is big enough for 6 people, the main issue (problem) is that it only has one bathroom and no microwave. The rest is ok, the property is big and secure enough to have more than 1 car. The place is nice and near everything you need, pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants, beach, etc. and the highway is near to get it. I recommend Yolanda to rent her houses.

It's great feeling of security knowing nobody will be at your front door. The fenced-in driveway can accommodate 3 cars. The swale in front of the house can have 2 cars. Open concept floor plan. One wing has 3 bedrooms including the master; and the 4th bedroom is completely separate and located on the other side of the house overlooking the private outdoor covered deck and the lovely backyard, with lots of shade created by a huge mango tree. Kitchen has top of the line appliances and opens to the entire living/ dining area including the Florida room. Houses has 2 entrances.
