*PLEASE BE ADVISED- There is a long-term tenant next door. The tenant does not use the pool while guests are staying. The pool is also professionally cleaned weekly for your convenience.*

**Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm**

*The heated pool is exclusively for your use and is located just to the right of the property. To access it, simply walk past the neighboring property on the right(occupied by a full-time tenant) and follow the sign to the gated pool area.*


*Washer & dryer, bikes & beach equipment are located in the garage for your use.*

The space is for your use completely, including the pool and garage where the laundry area is.

josh and team were very welcoming and kept us updated on the essentials for the upcoming trip. We had a few requests for additional items in the unit which he responded to very quickly. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was due to a problem with the heat which unfortunately we needed during the time we were there due to the cold temps. The response took a little longer than we expected but was ultimately fixed.
