2 Bdrm Urban Acreage just outside Des Moines city limits 10min from downtown.

If seeking privacy and nature while visiting the DSM metro welcome to the urban acreage. Conveniently located ~4 miles from downtown Des Moines with easy access to I-80. This farm house was built in 1929 and has some original massive Catalpa, Oak, and Maple trees that provide plenty of shade for hanging outside. It has a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, plenty of parking and fire pit. The house is almost 100 but is clean, peaceful, private, and comfortable.
