We only need the house to sleep I didn’t like that they charged for insurance against damages since a cabinet was damaged and a chair was missing from the dinning set and that something negatively affects the renter

We did not charge for any damages. You were charged by VRBO for a damage insurance policy that they should have reimbursed you for since we did not file any claims. Please check with VRBO about how this works.

There were cockroaches in the kitchen and bedroom, a broken kitchen cabinet, and the stove was held together with self-tapping screws. There were broken drinking glasses. It was one of the rundown places I've ever stood. Forgot to put in the ad theres a train that goes by at like 1am and then again it blows its train horn and scares the poop out of you

I'm sorry that you were afraid of a Palmetto bug, which is common here in rural SC. Our homes are professionally exterminated regularly and this has never been a concern. I would love to hear how a stove can be held together when there is only one screw? As for the cabinet, one door has chipped paint that we will take care of. I still haven't found the broken glass. And I'm so sorry that the train scared the poop out of a middle-aged man. Needless to say, we have never had any of these complaints before, and I assure you and anyone reading this that our place is not run down. Also, you choose not to inform me about any of this during your stay so we could try to remedy any of your concerns. Future hosts beware of this guy!! This is how you find out that he has issues with your place!
