The Clear View Retreat: Your Denton/Aubrey area Home Away from Home is ideal for those looking for a short-term rental in a quiet and scenic location. This property offers unique and restorative outdoor experiences with adirondack seating, a firepit, and countryside views. You can also take in the outdoors from inside within the large dining room providing you a clear view to the property. Luxury sleeping accommodations for up to 16 people if sharing a room and up to 12 people if in individual beds. The living room can seat up to 12 people comfortably and the dining has seating for up to 14 people. Additional kitchenette seats 6 and cinema/game room offers seating for up to 8, including bean bag seating.

Enjoy a convenient and fully-equipped home base during your temporary assignment in the Denton/Aubrey area. Two office spaces are provided in two of the larger bedrooms and are furnished with high speed internet, a desk with a comfortable chair, additional plug outlets for all your devices, and great views for when you need to take a break. Clear View Retreat eliminates the hassle of setting up utilities and furnishing an apartment, allowing you to focus on your work.

Private Bedrooms: Relax in a king, queen or twin-sized bed featuring a plush memory foam or pillow top mattress. Store belongings effortlessly in the spacious walk in closet. Enjoy your very own large mirror and dressing table to polish and shine for your day or evening out.

Spacious Living Room: Relax on the comfortable multiple couches, challenge friends and family to a game night with provided board games, or watch a movie on a large screen TV or projector screen with streaming services (subscriptions not included). Don’t forget pop the popcorn! We provide the popcorn, popcorn buckets and candy and you provided the fun!

A Fully Furnished Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a range of full size refrigerator, cookware and oven, utensils, and individual cup and full 12 cup coffee makers with a milk frother for barista-style beverages. Tea lovers will appreciate the hot water kettle and assortment of tea bags. Additional kitchenette with full fridge, furnished with all the same utensils and additional coffee and tea bar.
