Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this remodeled retreat blends modern comfort with rustic charm. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind in the cozy living area, or relax on the private deck. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
>Please note that quiet hours in the neighborhood start at 10 p.m. and are strictly enforced. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine from the city.
>By booking this stay, all guests release the owner of the property from any and all liability from possible slippery driveway during snow season.
NOISE
>Absolutely NO PARTIES or loud gatherings allowed.
>Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7 per city guidelines. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line

>$200 fine if pet brought into the home
CAMERAS
>Located facing the front entry/driveway
OUT OF OUR CONTROL
>Power outages may occur in the mountains due to the weather - our local electric company responds quickly to resolve these type of issues. In case of a power outage, there are emergency flash lights in the home. We also recommend bringing your own flash lights or lanterns as part of your gear just in case.
>We will not provide a refund because of a cancelled booking due to weather. Please be prepared for all situations coming up to the mountains (rain, snow, ice, chains on car, etc)
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
