Rent a Swedish-themed house facing west on Lake Champlain to experience lagom. Upstairs, enjoy two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen clad in whitewashed birch and oak. Downstairs, enjoy an outdoor shower and a sauna clad in cedar. Outside, relax on the lake dock or treetop deck after walking on trails in neighboring Pelots Natural Area.
The 1 ha (2.5 ac) lakefront land parcel and floor to ceiling windows provide spaciousness. The Italian pellet stove and Finnish sauna provide coziness.
11 kw solar panels power Trädstuga's car charger, central air conditioning heat pump, heat pump hot water heater and other appliances. Composting and commingled recycling containers are provided. Kitchen faucet and bathroom showers offer filtered town water. Vermont roasted coffee, milk, tea and also maple syrup and pancake mix are all included.
