Timber Trails North is a 4 bedroom/4 bath that sleeps 13 located in the amazing resort community of StoneBridge. If you need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails South and Big Timbers right next door-with the three properties you will have a total of 14 bedrooms! This property is PET FRIENDLY!

$5 per car per day is charged for anyone renting a lodge in Stonebridge resort. This will be paid upfront at the Welcome Center upon check-in.

This home is decked out with all you will need for this special getaway: The open kitchen/living room floor plan provides dining seating for 12. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs.

For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, cable TV, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck .

In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volleyball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away.

*Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.*

Camera-This home does have a Ring doorbell that can capture images or video as you enter the property. Only the front door/porch area is in view.

For the children, a pack and play and high chair are provided.

The over-the-top amazing part of our home is the outdoor living space located on the back deck. This spacious deck is separated into three sections. Each master suite has its own sliding glass door that goes out to this outdoor area. One section of the deck is set up with a table with 6 chairs for eating and playing games. One section has the hot tub. The final section has an outdoor TV and fireplace, a couch, two chairs and table, and is screened. There is a large charcoal grill in front of the home. Views are of the gorgeous Ozark Mountains. The property is located near the community pool and Fox Hollow lake, the best place for relaxing and really enjoying the outdoors.

We had a wonderful time here! Beth was great to work with and ensured we had what we needed. The place was clean and all equipment worked well. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub but its convenient location was nice. We absolutely loved the outdoor space as the seating was comfortable and with the glow of the fireplace was the perfect setting for the fall weather.

Annual family weekend vacation

First time here and it was amazing! Perfect accommodations for our family of 6 adults & 3 kids ages 3, 4 & 5, & our 3 little dogs. Beautiful area, & loved that there were no stairs to worry about with the kiddos. Just overall excellent! Definitely plan to return. Highly recommend! Glad we were able to have a late checkout to watch the Chiefs play in Germany & they won! Go Chiefs!🏈

Absolutely Amazing

Absolutely impressed with everything about our experience. The property owner delivers 5 star service and so does her cleaning crew. We had the most amazing experience that we have ever had in a VRBO and we have stayed in MANY! This cabin was perfect for our family of 7 And was stovked with everything we needed for 5 wonderful days! The outdoor spaces were fabulous. It was chilly during our stay so we truly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the outdoor fireplace.we will be making plans to come back year after year. There wasnt one thing about our experience that wasnt Absolutely wonderful. Thank you Beth and crew for one of our best family Christmas vacations to date! This cabin was great for spending time with family - far enough removed from the traffic of Branson to enjoy a stay in a scenic location but close enough to go into town if needed. Loved the close proximity to SDC. The cabin is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. Would stay here again!

Great property, very clean, nice host.The only downside was a sometimes inconvenient 1/10 of a mile walk to the nearest patch of grass for our pup. In the heat of the day, the pavement is too hot for her paws.

I love my business, what could be better than providing families with perfect vacation spots for their family gatherings. We started our business 12 years ago, doing just what you are doing. Looking for he perfect place to stay, and we couldn't find a home open. So we decided to purchase a home, and that is where this all started. And I could not be happier! Our family (we have 4 children) loves the Branson area and we love helping others find the spot to enjoy the area just like we do!

Hot tub, fabulous outdoor living area, neighboring property for additional space, StoneBridge resort amenities! I have 40+ properties in the Branson area, and we are so excited to add one in the Stonebridge development. I have repeat guests ask me over and over if I have anything close to Silver Dollar City! And I now can say that I DO! We love that you are right near the lake, the views here are just so peaceful! And beautiful! We love that we are right next door to the pool and playground and the sand volleyball court.
