The kitchen could use an update…pots, pans, utensils…could use a new sinkMattress on beds were very hard…needs new bath towels, Also, road noise is loud

Pool was not very clean and lights didn’t work. House was full of small Ants. A/C leaked all over the floor. Was not as clean as the pictures online. A/C took a day and a half to catch up once we turned on, some rooms comfortable at night, some was not. Towels was left wet in washer when we arrived.

We would like to inform you that all the issues mentioned in your review have already been fully addressed and resolved. At the time of your stay, we experienced an unusually heavy week of rain, which contributed to some of the inconveniences you encountered. Regarding the ants, we carry out regular fumigation treatments; however, due to the nature of being on an island, very small ants can occasionally appear, especially if food is left uncovered. We always recommend keeping food properly stored to avoid this. Since then, we have renewed all towels and ensured that all air conditioning units are functioning properly. The pool maintenance has also been reinforced — it is now serviced every two days by our check-in assistance team to guarantee optimal conditions at all times. Please note that this is an older review, and we are responding now to reassure future guests that these matters have been taken seriously and corrected. We remain committed to providing a high-quality experience and continuously improving our service. Kind regards,
