I got to the property and had still not received instructions on how to get in. After 45 minutes of calls the host called me back and said there was someone already in the property and we could not stay there. They had booked someone through another company. So we were left with no place to stay. My wife was in terrible pain from a back injury and I had to hunt down a hotel that took pets AND had a vacancy. That took about 2 hours. I have a VRBO booked in Miami for Feb 10-16 for my daughter's wedding. I need to make sure that I will be able to stay there and one of your host's has not screwed up my plans.
