Beach Colony Resort is a gated community in Perdido Key, FL offering you a quiet, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the resort-style pool or take advantage of the shaded heated indoor pool! Soak your worries away in the bubbling jacuzzi, as well! Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Johnson's Beach is a short stroll away.

Beach Colony Tower PH 18D is within walking distance to restaurants, quaint shops with ice cream and a daquiri bar. Two grocery stores and fishing tackle are less than a mile away. Some off-site activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. Home to the famous Navy Blue Angels precision flying team, the Pensacola Naval Air Station (NAS Pensacola) is but a few minutes drive away. NAS Pensacola hosts Blue Angel practice sessions weekly from April to October. Free and open to the public, marvel at the skill and precision flying of the “Blues” from the tarmac and then tour the Naval Aviation Museum. A truly amazing adventure for all ages!

Everything was great from booking to check in. Only issue we has was the water went out in the building a few times but it was restored within a few hours at most and we usually weren’t there to be too bothered by that.

Lovely condo with everything we needed. Beautiful views and comfortable beds. The views from the windows were gorgeous and we LOVED the balcony! WiFi was great and kitchen had all we needed (we appreciated the crockpot). Only suggestion would be to provide HDMI cables and/or Firestick/Roku for TVs. Not a huge deal with the gorgeous beach getaway, but our son bought a Firestick for nighttime movie watching.

View was spectacular. Conveniently located right on the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Too many codes to enter property. Water wasn't nearly as pretty as Pensacola..looks dirty. Condo needed a Keurig and an Air fryer. As much as they charge chairs and umbrellas should be included.

A wonderful respite

Our family was in town to celebrate birthdays and this condo was perfect! The covered pool was where the wee ones could play and not get sunburned while the great grandparents and grandparents could sit and relax, watching the little ones and their parents. 4 generations gathered very comfortably! The property was well equipped with most everything you would need from home (you do need a hand mixer and a whisk in kitchen). The deck overlooking the water was the reset pill that was needed by many! In this busy day we all are living in this place was a wonderful respite and a place to recharge.

The Condo was very nice had everything we needed only have 2 complaints the crazy elevator codes are awful but as we were told they have been like this since the beginning of time We think to be such a upscale complex the doors should have Key Pad locks on them very inconvenient to have to bend over put a code in then push a button to release key 1-key for a family of 8 Not at all easy or convent with a baby in your arms. You should rethink this because of this it is doubtful we would come back baby’s gonna be needing a hand to hold them for many yrs.

Great property

Our stay was great. The only negative thing is the hurricane shutters wouldn't open in the master bedroom. After 3 calls to maintenance, they told us that a part would need to be ordered and it wouldn't be fixed before we left. So the entire 7 days we had no access to the balcony or view from the master bedroom. We were very disappointed in that after the amount we paid for the penthouse. Other than that, the condo was very nice, well equipped and we loved our stay.
