By booking or occupying the Property, Guest (on behalf of all occupants and invitees) acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with use of the premises and amenities and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, releases and waives any claims against the Owner/Host for injury, loss, or damage except to the extent resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Guest agrees to comply with all applicable laws, accepts full responsibility for any damage caused, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner/Host from any related claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees); this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the Property is located, and any unenforceable provision shall not affect the remainder.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return all items to the appropriate places. $50+ fee per item to return it you. If you do not know where something goes, please ask so we can instruct & we may be able to waive this fee.
Extra bedding, blankets, and pillows are provided in the closets. Please leave used items on the bed or couch & leave used sofa beds open so we can make sure they are clean & ready for the next guest.
Please let us know when you are checked out & if you have any suggestions to make our place even more comfortable & enjoyable for future guests, we would love to hear them and improve! Safe travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Events must be approved. No loud/wild/crazy parties, smoking, vaping, loud music, glitter, confetti, tape on walls, EV charging, or unapproved guests.
Fees apply for RV/trailer/animals. Hot tub/sauna/gym/grills used at your own risk. Supervise kids/pets/vulnerable. 20-min max. No lotions/soaps/oils.
Clean up fully and clean out grill. Rule violations result in fees, and guests must vacate immediately with no refund.
