Unit was very clean . Tim was a great host and accommodating. Parking was a little tight and bed in front room was a little uncomfortable. But great value on price for the area

We stayed to attend a game at the Rose Bowl stadium, good proximity and easy walk. The unit was very clean and as advertised. Tim thr host was quick to answer any questions. Would highly recommend
