Views everywhere. Loved the Privacy and Beach Space.

We loved the area. The fact it was gated and the beach was private was a huge selling point. The 3BR floor plan was convenient and exactly what we needed. Great Decor, comfortable, and Warren Beach Rentals was super to work with. We had a wonderful stay. I cant imagine anyone not loving this place.

Peaceful spot in a charming town

Loved this place. Super clean, comfortable, and nicely updated — it actually felt like somewhere you’d want to hang out, not just sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked which we appreciated way more than expected. The best part was easily the location and view. Waking up to the beach right outside the window and sitting on the patio in the mornings never got old. The beach was also surprisingly uncrowded which made the whole stay really relaxing. The town itself is really charming too. Everything matched the listing and communication was easy. Would 100% stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!

We had a great stay here. The condo felt updated but still cozy. Everything was really comfortable and the kitchen actually had what we needed when we cooked. The beach is basically steps away and never felt too crowded, which made our trip very relaxing. The location is really convenient too, about a 5-minute drive to Rosemary Beach, and the neighborhood itself is perfect for a walk, grabbing a bite, or renting bikes. Best part though was being on the top floor. The balcony view is awesome and we spent a lot of time out there. Also worth mentioning the rental company was really kind and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely come back!

The property was exactly as listed, with stunning ocean views and beautiful beach-inspired decor. It was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything needed for a perfect beach getaway. The only minor downsides were that we had to call for our check-in code after 4 PM instead of receiving it automatically, and the water pressure was quite low. Otherwise, this place exceeded our expectations in every way.

Amazing Location, Serene Experience

This beautifully decorated, three bedroom/three bathroom, corner penthouse apartment exceeded my expectations!! There are so many "favorites" its hard to name a few, but here goes. The fact that every bedroom has a private full bathroom is the best. It's perfect for girls trips (lots of ladies getting ready at the same time) and it's also great for families. The location of the family room was also one of my favorites. In the morning if i wasn't sitting outside on the wrap around, waterfront veranda, I was sitting in the beautifully neutral and calming family room with the glass doors open so I could still hear the gulf waves and smell the crisp fresh air. The kitchen is the perfect size and the open floor plan makes it easy to have conversations and togetherness while cooking. Beach assess is close and so easy to get to. This space was clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries and just had such a welcoming homey vibe. I can't wait to go back!!

One hour before check in, after driving 9 hours with our children, we were told by Warren Vacation Rentals who operates this unit they were canceling our rental via text. No phone call or reason. After trying to get in touch with someone which I finally did, the lady was no help or cared to help to try and find us something else. So here we are in Florida for vacation with no place to stay. I had to get on the phone and the internet to try and find something in the summertime during tourist season.
