Make memories in this sprawling and cozy 5-bedroom home with 5 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, 8 twin beds, and 1 full bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 day bed, 1 futon and a queen blow up if need be. This wonderful property offers plenty of space for guests to relax. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with hair dryers, showers and back up necessities if you forget something for added convenience. Additionally, guests can enjoy the fitness room/office with wireless printer and WiFi.

The home has a mid century mod - meets old Florida vibe. Canal Front for access to the Estero Bay and the Gulf beaches. It is quirky fun and very inviting. Plenty of room for multiple families at once. It is great space for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, Guy/Gals weekends, sports teams, church groups, construction teams on special projects and company events. With plenty of activities to do on site from playing pool, darts, games, sunbathing, swimming in the swim spa, nearby golfing, fishing off the back and only 6 miles to Bonita Beach. New Kayaks are coming soon that can be launched off the back of the property!

Pet friendly too :) This house is "LOVED" by all who visit!

This house was spacious and amazing! We had 11 people, 4 of which were couples, since 3 of our kids recently got married. Each couple had a room: there were 2 queen rooms (one was a master suite), 1 king, and 1 double. Then our 2 boys stayed in a room with 4 twins (which is off of the master suite but you can lock the door), and our daughter stayed in the office/work out room in a cute little bed (smaller than a twin). The only way to access one of the bathrooms was either through the office or through the room with a double bed, so keep that in mind if you have someone sleeping in the office. The outside hang out area was amazing, as was the hot tub/lap pool. It's huge! We were able to use 2 kayaks which was fun...it was a bit awkward getting them through a narrow passageway on the side of the house and down into the water and later putting them back. The water was low so that probably didn't help. It was worth it though to kayak down to the bay, and our whole group did it at different times. The host met us for check-in which I have never had before, but she wants to show you things all over the house and outside. We appreciated the amount of towels they had for showers and the hot tub. And many enjoyed playing pool or darts. It is a well thought out place for large groups!

This beautiful waterfront neighborhood is walking distance to Coconut point mall for great shopping and restaurants such as Teds Montana Grill, The Cheese cake factory, Tommy Bahamas and more! Only a 5 min boat ride to the beautiful Estero bay and 20 mins via boat out to the beaches from Bonita Springs, Ft. Myers, Naples, Marco and Sanibel Island. Local golf and pickle ball available too. Close to RSW Airport, 45 min to the newer Punta Gorda Airport.

What makes this property unique

This waterfront property offers sports and activities for all. The close proximity to everything golf, shopping, fishing, sports events, theater, airports and University makes this home is an excellent choice for family's and small groups.
