Uniquely located at the foot of the property is the Great River State Trail which connects 101 miles of state bicycle trails, access to the 120-acre ecologically diverse Wittenberg Marsh, the Onalaska Spillway, the Black and Mississippi Rivers, and Lake Onalaska. There is a train that goes by, most people aren’t bothered by it.
The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer for added convenience. In the additional space, you'll find a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, a washing machine, hot tub and more.
