We loved our stay here and really enjoyed the property.It has everything you could possibly want. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and the quick walk to the beach. The dog loved the backyard!I would Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the Amelia Island area.

I want to stay longer!

Very comfortable and all the supplies and extras! Very short walk to the beach and lovely pool and backyard. Especially appreciated downstairs bath and laundry. Thank you!

Wonderful vacation rental.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was very nice as well as the game room. Only a short walk to the beach. You wont be disappointed staying here.

Great Vacation Getaway

This place has everything you could ask for. Close to the beach, great backyard with pool. Don't even need to bring beach towels. Already booked it for another week in the spring.

Location, Location, Location

So fun staying at Amelia’s Breeze. We loved the game room not to mention the easy quick access to wherever we went. The beach access really is a 2 minute walk. So easy and quick to get to Ft. Clinch and the downtown with all the cute shops and great restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This house was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach, a pool at the house ... perfect. The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and to top it off, there was a wagon to take to the beach. beach toys, chairs and pool toys. We will look forward to our next family beach vacation.

Girls Trip

The location was absolutely perfect. The house itself was very clean, welcoming and comfortable. I would recommend this property. It as perfect for a group of friends with many different spots to hang out. Of course, we spent most of the time around the pool. Thank you!!

Girls weekend retreat

We had ten women meeting up from all over for the weekend. The house was amazing and we really enjoyed the pool and well stocked house. Fun garage games also with pool and beach toys. Furnished very coastal and well maintained. Quick walk to the gorgeous beach to enjoy the sunrise. Great location. Very pleased and would definitely repeat.

Wedding Adventires

This was a perfect location for our daughters wedding. We were close to other family staying as well in the area and not far from her venue in Yulee. The beach was very close and beautiful and a wonderful area to run in the morning before our daily activities that were very busy. The house was a very relaxing place to end our day as well. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Great family getaway!

Our family had such a wonderful vacation! The house far exceeded our expectations! The house was spacious and clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The game room in the garage was a nice bonus! Having a private pool made our time there even better! The fenced in yard allowed us to travel with our dogs and they got to experience the beach for the first time. Would definitely recommend this fantastic home to anyone visiting Amelia Island! I hope we can visit again soon!

Amelia Island Vacation

We decided to stay in Amelia Island for our annual family vacation. The property was very accommodating for a family of four - and the pool was an added bonus that the kids enjoyed. The home is well decorated, beds are comfortable and the basement family room area served as a great movie night spot. The only suggestion would be to update the pots and pans for cooking and to replace the TV on the deck - we really enjoyed the deck area and a working TV would have been a plus. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and the town of Fernandina Beach has some nice shops and food options. All in all a great stay.

Beautiful home and Beach

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! Decor was beautiful, we didn't utilize the downstairs much because we spent more time at the beach and historic areas. The only complaints was that the pool did not get cleaned until our last day and we cleaned most of it ourselves. The property manager was very friendly and easy to work with. And cosmetically just a personal preference, the master bath was disappointingly small. But other than that we had a Great time..

Perfect getaway

This house and the location was excellent! Couldn’t have ask for a better vacation getaway. The host made sure all our needs were met and the pool and bonus room was a huge plus. House is set up perfectly for any situation when you want to enjoy spending time at the beach.

Amazing property!! Perfect for family to attend our family wedding!! The interior was well appointed with everything we could need for a great long weekend at the beach. Family Vacation

Ideal location and set up. The house was perfect for our 2 families with young children. Everyone had their own space... we loved the pool, the game room and the large deck! The walk to the beach was short and we appreciated all of the beach toys, wagon, chairs and umbrella! Incredibly convenient location for everything, from groceries to delivery, enjoying the beach and nice walks around the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for a relaxing beach vacation

The location is perfect. Close to the beach, biking and hiking trails, and tons of great restaurants. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and well maintained. The pillow top mattresses were a little soft for our taste but the neighborhood is super quiet so there was no problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the big ice spheres made by the freezer. There was a problem with the pool heater during our stay but we were compensated with a partial refund. Overall it was a great stay.
