Other Things to Note:
TECHNOLOGY, WIFI & CELL SERVICE
The condo has DSL WiFi, generally ranging from approximately 1–5 Mbps. It is suitable for basic browsing and email but may not reliably support video calls, multiple devices, or high definition streaming.
High speed Starlink internet is available in both Snowater clubhouses. The condo also includes a smart TV; guests will need to sign in using their own streaming subscriptions.
Cell service can be limited in Glacier and the surrounding mountain communities. Internet, cellular service, and power may occasionally be affected by storms, fallen trees, or regional outages. Because these interruptions are outside our control, service speed and availability cannot be guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds.

Snowater’s pools, hot tubs, sauna, recreation rooms, and other facilities are shared community amenities. Hours, maintenance closures, and availability are managed by the Snowater association and are subject to change.
Pets are welcome inside the condo but are not permitted inside Snowater’s clubhouses or recreation buildings.
Snowater has four EV chargers available to owners and guests for $10 per charge. Use must be arranged directly with the Snowater office.
A pack-and-play and highchair are available upon request.
MOUNTAIN LIVING, WILDLIFE & WEATHER
This condo is located in a forested mountain environment shared with wildlife ranging from small insects and mice to raccoons, bears, and bobcats. Please never leave food, pet food, or garbage outside.
Mountain weather can change quickly. Snow, ice, heavy rain, wind, power outages, and fallen trees are possible depending on the season. An all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle is strongly recommended during winter, along with any traction equipment required by current road conditions.
