Comfortable, spacious, private accommodation for all groups.

The house is located in Naklice, a small village 6 km away from Omis. Beautiful scenery, peaceful rural setting, close to the canon of the Cetina River and only a ten minute drive to the beautiful beaches. The villa is suited for all kind of groups . The perfect holiday in peace and quiet. A priority is a combination of peace and quiet and privacy, and on the other side close to the city (Omiš 6 km, Split 22 km). The house has two floors, 5 double bedrooms, and 2 living room (2 sofas can be used as two extra bed for 4 persons( 2+2). 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There are two kitchens. It is only for private use , there are no other guests . It has a sauna and gym, 50 m2 swimming pool with cold Jacuzzi. Large yard and playground, gazebo for sitting and resting, indoor and outdoor fireplace for grilling.
Nearby there are hiking and biking trails, beautiful walks in the mountains, Radman's mills, canyoning, rafting, hiking, boat trips to the island of Brac. :-))))

Väldigt nöjda

Vi har haft en superbra vistelse i Villa Relax. Ett sällskap med 3 familjer och det var perfekt med två kök. Rymliga sovrum, rent och fräscht. Stor fin pool och trevlig uteplats med gott om plats för alla. God kontakt med husvärdinnan, som snabbt svarade på våra frågor. Att ha bil är ett krav eftersom Villa Relax ligger i en liten by med en restaurang, men ingen affär.

Das war der beste Familien Urlaub den wir je hatten. Mit meinen drei Söhnen drei Schwiegertöchter und vier Enkelkinder. Das Haus ist großartig, jeder hatte sein eigenes Bad,alles modern, super sauber. Einfach Perfekt, der Pool groß, die Küchen Perfekt ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und die Vermieterin Antonia war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!!!!

Large well-eqipped villa in a tranquil location

This villa was exactly what we were looking for. Secluded but close to an attractive town (Omis) with restaurants and plenty of nearby activities (rafting, zipwire, boat tours). The property has an excellent pool that the kids loved, and we easily had enough space for our group of 12. Antonia couldn't have been more helpful providing us with perfect recommendations throughout. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a geat base to relax in and enjoy the surrounding area.

Great location with a nice view over the mountains. Plenty of space (we were 14 people) both outside and inside the house. The house was clean and fresh with everything we needed for a good vacation. Antonia was really helpful the whole week. Excellent!

Beautiful villa in quiet location

Beautiful villa which was well equipped (the only thing missing was a toaster!). Downstairs apartment appears newly refurbished whilst upstairs is a little more dated but still lovely. Outside are is fantastic with various seating areas. We found the villa a little too far from Omis to walk but taxis were reasonable so this wasn't a problem Antonia the owner was a pleasure to deal with and made us very welcome. Would highly recommend this villa

Fantastic host and house!

We were nine adults and four children and it was plenty of space for everyone. We had a wonderful stay with quite a lot of time spent in the garden and in the house. Good possibilities to sit all together for meals both outside and inside. Everything worked out very well and Antonia is very welcoming and helpful with everything you need. It is really a good accommodation for a big group and the children love it. The house standard is very high and well equipped and it is a place you like to visit again. The Gasslander Family

Wonderful house and pool in a peaceful location

A great place for a family holiday. The house is well equipped and the pool/jacuzzi were very welcome in the heat. Antonia was a lovely host and was most helpful throughout our stay

Nous avons eu des vacances merveilleuses, la maison était belle et le propriétaire est accueillants et toujours disponibles. Tout est propre et bien rangé et le sauna était un plus que nous ne comptons pas. L'environnement est calme et vraiment on hâte de revenir. À bientot les amis !!!
