Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC. The 6 bathrooms offer showers, hair dryers, and bathtub in the master suite for your comfort. We hope you enjoy what our place and all that Ballena has to offer. Parking area is safe and off the street.

This is a three-story home with a 2-bedroom, 2-bath on each floor. Perfect for grown families with children. This is a new home, very clean and fresh with modern amenities and fixtures.

Birds and jungle animals surround the area. Toucans are seen daily along with crested guans, hawks, and hummingbirds. Mammals seen on the property include coatis, agoutis, tayras, monkeys, and badgers.

It is a lovely spot close to the ocean (1,700 feet), but high enough (200' above sea level) on the hillside to enjoy the ocean views and breezes.

We are located on the Osa Canton (County). It is a 2.5 hour drive to the Corcovado National Park. It is a 10 minute drive to the Ballena National Park.

We recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle to access our site as well as the the local parks.

This place was amazing and had everything we needed for a nice visit. Three stories with two rooms on each floor, a full kitchen on each floor and washers and dryers on each floor. Not to mention the sunsets are beautiful over the water. Seriously this place is worth it

NICE PLACE

We were actually the first guests to stay at this property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, clean, and the ocean view is a beautiful bonus. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Uvita, making the location very convenient.To reach the house, you do need to go through a short rough road, around 150 meters. While it's not very long, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. We had a Toyota Corolla and managed just fine, except during one rainy night when the car couldn’t make it up the hill, and we had to walk to the property. That was the only minor inconvenience.The outdoor area of the property is still under construction, and the hosts mentioned that they plan to build a pool soon, which will be a great addition. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back to this place in the future!
