This inviting pool home is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and lakefront is perfect for watching birds or sunsets while relaxing by the heated pool or in the hot tub. There is a private beach pass available which offers a washroom and showers for Park Shore Beach members. The house is located at 4741 West Blvd and is exceptionally bright with large glass sliding doors opening onto the gardens and lake.

The newly renovated master bedroom with a king bed has hardwood floors, a newly renovated walk in closet and master bathroom. The pool area has a large covered lanai that is perfect for dining, entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked, has all the amenities and overlooks the pool and the lake. The living room's large French desk is perfect for catching up on work.

There is a complimentary, private, beach pass to the Park Shore Beach providing access parking, the park, and restrooms. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are also provided with the home making it easy to spend time at the beach. And It's only a 10 minute drive to downtown Naples, 5th Ave or to the Historic Naples Pier. The home is walking distance to the luxurious Waterside shops if you want to start you day with a coffee and end it at the Naples Philharmonic Center for the Arts or Naples Art Museum.

Christmas in Naples

Had a great family experience renting this property for 2+ weeks. The house was great and very clean. Loved the pool and outdoor seating area. The beds were very comfortable and extra bonus with beach gear and bikes. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Girls Trip

Perfect little get away for our girls trip. The location was perfect, the house was beautifully decorated, well stocked and extremely clean. The pool and lanai were so peaceful with a lovely view of the lake and all different types of birds. Jaima was a great host who was very accommodating and generous. I would definitely stay again on our next trip to Naples.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay in Jaima’s beautiful home. The house couldn’t be more perfect and in a wonderful location. House is very clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you could need for the beach and pool (umbrellas,chairs,wagon,floaties,towels). Very short drive to the beach, with a pass for parking. Neighborhood is calm and quiet with lots of food options and shopping. Jaima is a very kind and accommodating host! Cannot wait to come back with our family :)

Beautifully furnished & decorated home, spotlessly clean & fully stocked with all household essentials & more. Beds very comfortable & lovely heated pool with gorgeous view of lake. Jaima was extremely helpful & available for any queries. As we were staying on the week before Christmas, she really surprised us with a wonderful & decorated Christmas tree.Choice of beaches & many shopping malls nearby.Thank you Jaima for a wonderful stay .. wish it was longer. Great house!

THe house is adorable. Perfect size for our family to relax and spread out. The pool area is great with a couch and chairs to relax at, a dining table and beach chairs. Jaima is an excellent host. The house is spotless and you can tell she loves her home and has put a lot of effort into decorating it. The location can’t be beat. Easy to beach, downtown. Everything you need is minutes away. We’ve already enquired about renting again!

This year has been our 9th visit to Naples, always to escape the cold and rainy wintertime in the Netherlands.We rented different houses,but we clearly loved Jaima's home the best. It is very cosy,nicely decorated, clean,close to beach,shops and restaurants and a lovely view over a big pond. We felt home from the very beginning. In addition Jaima was extremely responsive to questions. In other words, we had a lovely 4 weeks and we'll return next year. Cannot wait to go again.

Beautiful home and Great Location

Jaima was the perfect host. Greeted us, and reviewed all the features of the pool, etc. Even left a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers. Felt so welcomed. The house was very clean, beautifully stocked kitchen, lovely laina and heated pool, which I utilized every day. Will definitely come back. Beautiful home/Excellent location

Jaima's home is beautifully designed and decorated and is spotlessly clean. The home is spacious, the configuration of the rooms is nice, and there is a lot of dining space. The lanai effectively adds another room to the house. My family of four was remote working and remote learning while staying at the house, and there was enough space for us to do so without distracting one another. My family loves the Park Shore location. The instructions for working everything in the home were excellent. And, Jaima is very responsive. We would definitely stay in the home again.

Elegantly comfortable in a perfect location!

My family just spent Christmas week at this stunning residence. The owner, Jaima, provides every thoughtful amenity needed for a carefree and comfortable stay. There are 3 large queen bedrooms each with it's own bath having luxurious linens and towels. There is a large lanai with a heated pool and spa that made us want to relax all day and enjoy the serene setting. The home is in a quiet walkable neighborhood. We walked to the local shops and could have walked to the beach but we did the 5 minute drive so we could load up for the day. Jaima provides beach pass, towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers - everything for a perfect carefree day at the Park Shores private beach. And you must stay at the beach long enough to enjoy the gorgeous sunset! With only a 10 minute drive to central Naples, we loved the local shops and fabulous restaurants too. This home has been the most beautiful and comfortable vacation residence we have ever experienced! We didn't want to leave and we will certainly be back! Many thanks to Jaima for a truly "home away from home" experience!

IMMACULATELY CLEAN, BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED, SPECTACULAR LOCATION!

We stayed in this charming home for a week. The owner was delightful and extremely accommodating, even leaving fresh flowers and goodies to greet us for our late-night arrival. This home was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home we could have wished for. Supplied with a private beach pass, chairs, umbrellas, and portable tables for the beach, it also has an abundant supply of high-quality towels, along with plenty of paper goods, soaps, lotions, coffee, tea, pool floats, and much more. The owner is meticulous and has not overlooked any detail. The location of this home is fantastic in every way. On a very convenient but quieter road, in the Park Shore neighborhood of Naples, it is both close to the beach, and to the restaurants and shopping at Waterside Shops and the Venetian Village. While we appreciated the convenience of having bicycles, it was a quick walk to the grocery store, and we enjoyed the walk to the private Park Shore beach. Additionally, the home is located on a serene lake with birds and ducks. The outdoor living area is spacious and delightful. The heated pool with hot tub has plenty of sun exposure. We enjoyed watching gorgeous sunsets from the bug-free lanai. This home exceeded our expectations. We are very much looking forward to our next visit!

Love the wildlife on the lake such as the turtles and birds. I have had two favorite dogs in my life so far, one named Midnight and most recently Daisy: I love dogs and animals and have a passion about helping animals from being harmed or abused. The house if filled with Daisy Bennett Designs Murals and wallpapers and I love how its warm and inviting. The new nickname for this house is 'Maison de Motif' meaning in French: The House of Pattern. Color and prints are my passion as well as skiing in Powder! I love creating, cooking and traveling and want my guests to feel right at home when they are in beautiful Naples.

Cocktails on the beach at sunset with family and friends is a favorite pastime. It's a joy to have the private Park Shore Beach as its so easy and having the washrooms make it really convenient for guests and family members. Our location is fabulous, close to grocery shopping as well as to restaurants. Also, close for other needs like shopping, getting your nails done or running to the pharmacy, everything is walking distance and so convenient. Just up the road are the luxurious Waterside shops which are great for shopping and dining.
