Charming stone house with large courtyard & surrounded by greenery offers a quiet rural atmosphere for 6 people. It is located in the small town of Zezevica, only 20km from beach and 6km from the highway.
Old stone house built in 1850s, completely renovated in 2017. Modern kitchen, dining room and living room are situated on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay (cutlery, fridge, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher).
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. First bedroom has a double bed 160x200cm and a wardrobe closet. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe closet. Bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, which is for your personal use, free of charge.
Terrace with outdoor seating is in front of the house. Behind the house is a private yard with swimming pool and sun loungers. The newest addition to the outdoor area is a spacious gazebo with outdoor seating, perfect for lazy afternoons and warm summer nights!
