The Pool is heated to 85° during the day from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night.

A maximum of 1 dog is welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. We have the right to refuse dogs younger than 1 year and certain breeds (unfortunately Labradors are not welcome). THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.

Great Spot & House

This was a great spot to stay for a weekend trip to Cleveland. Close to everything that you need and the house was up to date and clean. I would stay here again when we come back up to Cleveland! Property Manager very responsive and accommodated our needs!

Lovely space for a small group.

I spent three nights here and had a lovely time, host was responsive, check-in was easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans and utensils so I was able to cook for my other friends staying with me with no issues/nothing missing. Beds were all very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Great place, great location

This place is well taken care of and clean, in a quiet location in a nice neighborhood. We walked to some great restaurants and the parking is super easy. The host was very quick to reply to messages and address any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Boys Trip

Great accommodations for 6 buddies going to watch a football game. The house was clean and a great size. Check in was super easy and getting a hold of the host was easy through emails when we had questions. Little bit of a walk to the downtown core and to the stadium but was doable. Cab ride was less than 6 minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

Girls weekend in Cleveland

Tony was very easy to work with leading up to the trip and even offering recommendations of places to visit. The house was well stocked and located so close to all the great things Cleveland has to offer.

Cleveland home near downtown

This property was the perfect spot for all of our activities. You are within 10 minutes of downtown and in a great neighborhood. Nice property with plenty of room.

Cleveland charm

The house was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the stairs were hard for our parents to navigate so this is definitely more suitable for a younger crowd. Overall we enjoyed our stay and even got to see part of the air show from the front steps.

Really Nice

Great location in a really nice neighborhood. House was super clean, comfortable and classy. Parking in back lot was great. Tony is an outstanding host, our go to for Cleveland. We had a great time, Cleveland really does rock!

Great place

The neighborhood isn’t fancy but it was an ideal location for being our hub to see the city and easy parking is great. The beds were comfortable and the check in and checkout were easy. I appreciated that the kitchen and bathroom basics were in place and we didn’t immediately have to run to the store. Cleveland is a very underrated city.

November Weekend Stay

This property was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Host was wonderful and very accommodating. The neighborhood was ok. This unit is in between two other units, but we did not have any issues with noise from the neighbors. The unit was updated very nicely and modern. The building is old so we could feel that the subfloor was spongy under the flooring in some areas and underneath the bathtub. The smart thermostat automatically adjusts the heat temperature, and the forced air heat was not as efficient upstairs as it was on the main floor, so it got pretty chilly at night. I would recommend the host install privacy window film on the bedroom door window at the top of the stairs and fix the broken bedroom blinds for better guest privacy. Otherwise, the unit was nicely furnished and very clean.

Loved our stay

Location was great for us, very clean, comfortable seating & beds, super hot water, & we loved the fact sleeping quarters were upstairs. Quiet street & we were quite surprised ya couldn’t hear your direct neighbors on either side. Recommend staying & would stay again if in the area.

Place was nice and clean. Location excellent, lots to do in walking distance. Tips for owner--some salt and pepper would be a nice add to the kitchen and instructions on working the thermostat (we figured it out, but it took a bit).
