To make this process as seamless as possible:
- After your booking is confirmed, you’ll be asked to confirm how you’d prefer to receive the HOA application.
- Once you’ve confirmed your preferred channel, we will send you the application form and instructions for uploading your photo ID.
The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.
By booking, you acknowledge the pool is not enclosed by childproof gates or alarms, and usage is at your own risk.
