One of our more popular cottages in Olcott, The Franklin has been newly redecorated and ready for your arrival. You will not have to worry about space here, because this cottage has plenty. This cottage sleeps six, has two bedrooms and an open kitchen, dining and living area. Lots of extras. You'll love it!

Beautiful location

Easy checkin. The Franklin cottage was adorable and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

Beautiful Cottage in a Quaint Town

Franklin House was very clean and comfortable. So close to the Marina that you can see if from the front porch . Enjoyed driving a couple of blocks to watch the sunset over the lake . Definitely will be back .

Living the beach life

It was wide open layout with the kitchen nook and living room. Two very nice bedrooms.

Great stay

House was clean and roomier than expected. Only hiccup was that we were not provided the door lock access code in advance; however the property manager responded immediately to my call and assisted us. We did not realize the house’s such close proximity to others in that area or that there was a shared driveway, but that didn’t cause us any issues.
