The expansive deck features a shaded sitting area, gas heater, and gas grill, as well as a fire pit and separate seating area perfect for relaxing outdoor gatherings.
Wildlife abounds on the property with birds, bunnies, turkeys, squirrels and even the occasional bear. Plus you are just steps from on e of the entrances to the Mountain-to-the Sea Trail, offering easy access to scenic walks in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Inside the home boasts five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. With a spacious living room and washer and dryer in the master bath comfort is paramount. The king and four queen-sized beds, crafted by an Asheville manufacturer, promise a restful night`s sleep.

Please note, We are trying to relax some rules for your dogs to also have a good time. If your dog(s) are not behaving and under control, please leave them safely at home. Average weight 60Lbs + - a few Lbs , well-mannered, Leash trained, also under control if off leash Breeds: Large breeds, and others such as Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Malinois, etc If you are in doubt about your dog or breed being accepted, please reach out to us.
Check-in is available any time after 4 pm, and check-out is before 10 am. Our property is strictly pet-free and smoke-free, and we kindly ask that you adhere to these policies. We accommodate a maximum of 6 guests on premises. Please remember that this neighborhood has full time residents, children and neighbors that live here year-round. We respectfully request that you drive slowly at all times, and that you act with respect, dignity, and understanding for these residents, as guests in their neighborhood. Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development. Complaints will be dealt with swiftly and may result in expulsion from the home. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

Great place for our sisters trip. Close to Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown. 5 bedrooms - no one had to share. Comfortable beds, clean and well stocked. Got to relive our Girl Scout days with smores around the firepit.
The property was nicely decorated and very clean and organized. The only issue we had was with the outside grill that the owner correctly in a very timely manner.
