About this property

Welcome to Casa Agua Azul, completely rebuilt in 2017. This gorgeous, well-appointed 3 story home has 3 bedrooms, two on the second floor and a stunning third floor master suite. All bedrooms are equipped with king beds and private bathrooms. Each has a wide veranda looking out to the ocean with comfortable table or sitting areas. The woodwork is sumptuous. Made of rich, tropical wood in a deep brown. The wood is set off by all the lovely color accents in the home. Relax in the comfortable living room with the large flat screen TV, DVD and Sonos music system and free Wi-Fi. Lovely, private, walled garden and pool area. Fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats 6.

*Please note: the house is NOT suitable for children under 7 because of the open, tile staircase and steps into the sunken living room. *

Only a 1/2 block from the beach and 4 blocks to the town square, great location in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. Our English speaking manager can help you enjoy the perfect vacation. We can help arrange individualized tours and excursions as well.

Best Holiday Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the second time we stayed at Casa Agua Azul. The Casa is very clean and in a perfect location. Pool was kept immaculate and gardens were beautiful. We liked being able to sit in different areas around the Casa at different times of day. Also having a washer and dryer is perfect. Abbey Del Sol are the best 🥰

Loved this house!

Great location, close to town and the beach. Clean, well appointed house. Modern design. We loved the back patio for mornings when the sun was full in the front of the house. Receptive management company, quick responses every time we reached out. So many places to sit outside and enjoy the ocean breezes. We want to go back right now!

This is the place to stay in Puerto Morelos..... Casa Agua Azul!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is spectacular. Three floors plus a roof top patio looking out on the ocean. One of my favorite things is all of the private areas in the house including a private balcony with each bedroom. We loved meeting in the morning on the front balcony as it was cozy, quite and shaded. One caution, the bedroom suite on the third floor faces East and has no blinds, so if you choose this bedroom be prepared to be up with the sun. It is a lovely view though!Puerto Morelos is the perfect Mexican Vacation getaway. It's midway between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, and while the town has grown a lot in the past couple of years it still has the charm of a smaller village with lots of great restaurants.
