Bravo for Hale Kameole

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice unit. Clean, tasteful. Functional. We have stayed here before and would do so again. Hale Kamaole is a strong, well run place. The location at the entrance to Wailea is excellent.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a very good location with easy access to beach and places to go in Kihei. I have stayed at this condo facility before and I enjoy the location. Condo was easily accessible with the code access, which was much easier to coordinate late entry than a key. Condo was also well maintained by housekeeping. Furniture and linens were dated, but as a fairly inexpensive unit, this was not surprising. I also appreciated all the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.) that were in the unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the washing machine but a maintenance worker was there promptly to fix it. Overall we were very pleased.

Needs updating

The condo stunk when we walked in, carpet in bedroom stained. Bathroom carpets and towels were old and worn out. Baseboards, lights and walls still dirty. The tv and ceiling and railing needed repairs. The toaster doesn’t work. The staff fixed some of the issues but never did clean the carpets while we were there as promised. The place is a little tired and needs to have new brought in. It is a great condo complex, we have stayed at another unit several times before and loved it and the area.
