Welcome to our Ocean inspired condo! This popular unit completed a stunning remodel in 2024 and includes all new furniture, custom pantry and kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, quartz countertops and matching table. The designer bathroom layout, tile and fixtures match the Maui beach feel within the condo. For your comfort a wonderfully quiet split AC system was installed in the bedroom and living room in addition to ceiling fans. The bedroom has a brand new resort quality mattress with high quality bedding, closet organizer and ample storage space. For those working remotely, you will find a drop down desk too. This condo is fully stocked with everything you need by owners who spend their vacation here. With local Hawaiian Artwork showcased throughout, this condo will not disappoint. You have views of the west Maui mountains from inside and an ocean view from the lanai - simply beautiful. Two pools, BBQ facilities and a pickleball/tennis court round out the on site amenities. And, our favourite part, five minutes away from glorious Kihei and Wailea beaches. Enjoy.

The grills right across the lawn are also great. Unlike many other rentals this place really does have everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen has everything you might need, the bed is comfortable, the furniture is nice & the bathroom has lots of storage. The unit was clean & has a good location next to the tennis court, BBQ area & pool. A bonus is the AC in the living room. Most units at HK only have AC in the bedroom. I highly recommend staying here!

The location is great - view and convenience to the beach and amenities. Our unit, a ground-level 1-bedroom was beautifully clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. The king bed was SO comfortable we got the best sleep. Having shade in the afternoon kept the unit's lanai a great place to hang out. We had a great time and already booked our condo for May.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very pleased with our rental unit. It was very clean and had all of the supplies that we needed. The location was great with very close proximity to the upper pool and the view of the ocean from the patio was amazing. We also made use of several of items that were available in the outdoor closet (snorkel gear, boogie boards, golf clubs). The only negative thing is that the front door lock needs to be fixed (the housing for where the door latches is extremely loose and needs re-set with new screws and holes).

Our unit was towards the back, but still had a great view of the ocean. Unit 155 was recently remodeled and they did a wonderful job. It felt like a home away from home! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The lanai closet had plenty of gear and even a small cooler. All of these items made for a fun and stress free stay!Property management was very helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful getaway

Towards the end of the strip, so easy in and out of the parking lot, but still close by to a wonderful beach and other local stores. The only part that I didn't know beforehand was the only air conditioner was a small window unit in the bedroom. It was plenty to keep the room cooler at night, and the temperatures during the day didn't make the rest of the condo unbearable. I may have missed that in the description, but again it was not uncomfortable in the condo.

The unit is very tired, old linens, old beds, old towels, old everything! Missing tongs, knives that work, carpet is filthy. The grounds need serious work as well. Grass areas were dangerous to walk with ruts everywhere and uneven grass. Poorly manicured grounds and it’s showing its age.
