JUST OFF DUVAL...
Private single family home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.  Open the rear French doors to a private backyard oasis with a heated pool and spacious deck for sunbathing, outdoor dining and grilling your fresh catch. Located a short walk from restaurants, bars and fun attractions.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS and AMENITIES...
Comfortable furnishings give this home a modern island feel.  Beautiful designer decor bring the atmosphere of the Keys right inside the door. Flat screen TVs are located in all bedrooms as well as the living area. The modern updates include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.  

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
Two bedrooms and two baths reside on the first floor. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed with access to the guest bath. The third bedroom is located up the spiral staircase in the loft and has two twin beds which can be converted to a king bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the front living area features a pull-out accommodating 1-2 guests (full size bed).

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Swim in the pool or chill with a cocktail on the large rear deck. Dine under the stars or enjoy a good book at the outdoor seating.  Venture out the front door with your morning coffee to the front porch seating.

No pets please!

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

Nifty for nuptial!

Sunkissed was a great place to stay for our get away to Key West! As pictured, clean, easy check-in, responsive property manager and easy to communicate with. Great spot for a family. Would recommend!

Lively house accommodating the 6 of us very well, with a cozy pool in the backyard. Speedy response for any questions. Clean, comfortable and within a short walk of the Duval St. attractions.

This place was at the less busy end of Duvall St. and easily walkable to all places downtown Key West and the beach, etc. The place was a nice home and they really did a great job somehow fitting 3 bed and 3 bath into this place.

This adorable house was in the best spot for our families first trip to Key West! It was so clean and had everything we needed. Our host was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Loved it!!!

Very good for 5 friends. Within walking distance of many great activities Would recommend Queen Size beds for little more room in bedrooms. More chairs by pool area since is the only area large enough for meals Easy communication with property manager

Quaint Cozy and Beautiful

The house was the perfect size. The property manager stayed in touch through phone and text even before we arrived. The was there to personally greet us and stayed in touch throughout the weekend to check on our needs. Ive been coming to Key West for years, but honestly speaking, this was the best, most relaxing time ever.

Didn’t want to leave!

The property was very clean and the layout was cute and efficient. We had 3 couples, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds. The property manager was awesome, you can easily walk to places, and the best little breakfast / brunch spot was just down the block….La Grignote!

Super cute place to stay. You will have to purchase items if you are planning on staying for a week or so as they don't provide much at all. Sugar ants were throughout the house, but that can be fixed by getting some Terro... Great place to relax and it's in a quiet neighborhood which is great. Two great little breakfast places right on the corner. Great place to stay if you're not going to be staying very long in Key West!

Amazing location! House was the perfect fit for us!

I cannot say enough about this house. Location, location, location! Just a few houses off of Duval Street. Amazing French bakeries on both corners. Rented bicycles is the way to get around. So many great beaches to explore. The house was very private. My kids loved the personal pool. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

Mini Vacation

Everything went smoothly. The website, contract agreement, and the communication! The house is in the perfect location; just a few minutes off Duval street. Super charming and clean, bed was very comfortable, the private deck in the back with the wading pool was key! We were very happy to find the gem of a place. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we return. Thank you!

Great location

Location is great. Be warned doesn't come with parking. House is great although tight. Pool was pretty cloudy but functional. A few minor repairs needed like 1 bedroom door and the outside laundry door dont close, and the pool filter causes deck vibration and noise but very comfy beds and 3 baths was perfect.

Good location, 3rd bedroom somewhat difficult to access

The property is a cute house, great location, and was very clean. We were a group of 6 active senior adults. The 3rd bedroom is not easy to access with a very tight, spiral staircase. They show the staircase in the pictures, but it's much more difficult to navigate than it appears.

Easiest check in and check out ever

Very accommodating....perfect location, very nice home, clean....my only negative was the pillows are beyond their lives and need replacing. That's not a negative, just something to look at. Shana was awesome with keeping us informed and because we flew in early, the house wasn't cleaned from the previous renters but we were allowed to leave our bags at the house. I highly recommend.

excellent location

A very cute cottage with a wonderful deck for sitting outside trading stories and sipping wine. The stairs going up to the loft are very tight and steep so it is not for you if you don't like heights or have the ability to carry your luggage upstairs. Communication was fast and friendly. We had an issue with the deck lights and they were out within a couple of hours. The location is very close to the activity, restaurants and water but just far enough away that you don't hear the noise. We loved our stay here.
