Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
➢ All trash taken to the dumpster.
➢ Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher & start it.
➢ Ensure that all appliances are TURNED OFF (toasters, coffee pot, etc).
➢ Place all used towels in the bathroom.
➢ Strip the blanket off the beds if bed was used and place next to the bed.
➢ Set the thermostat to Cool 76 degrees in the Summer & Heat 67 degrees in the Winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We wanted to be as close to all of the action that Branson has to offer. This location is perfect year round because of the proximity to the Branson Landing and the Convention Center.
What makes this property unique
Our house has so much to offer for being a cozy three bedroom home in historic downtown Branson Missouri. The updated aesthetic is eye catching and super sleek. The added amenities to the house will allow you to make memories in Branson on the strip and in the home at the end of the day. You can relax in the hot tub on the newly expanded patio. You can relax and stargaze on the patio or just enjoy conversation about your day. There is a game room in the garage where you can play ping pong, arcade golf, connect 4, tetris, and draw on a chalkboard wall with your kids. There is also a couch and TV that can be used for movie night. While also having a wall mounted checker/chess board in the bunk room where you can challenge your children to a game or teach them how to play before bed. There is so much to enjoy about our downtown diamond in the rough.
