The room looked good on paper, however the toilet was not functioning properly resulting in me having to go off site to use the restroom. The TV did not work at all and the newly renovated tub only has one working water jet. The host did not answer my questions regarding a refund, which I asked for because their advertised amenities are not functioning properly. I was told maintenance would be coming out to check out these issues but they never arrived and I was not updated about anything. And to cap it off, the host forgot my name in the middle of our conversation about all of this. Do not recommend staying here.

I’m an experienced traveler so I generally know what to expect. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing.The room keypad repeatedly malfunctioned, and we were never offered any assistance during our stay, often having to wait 10–15 minutes to get in. The property also had multiple access codes and shared areas that were not clearly disclosed in the listing.The main reason I booked this property was for the jetted tub, but only one jet worked. The TV remote stopped working, the cable went out completely by day three, and there was a leak under the kitchen sink that got water all over our snacks. When I reported these issues, I was told maintenance would address them after we left, which wasn't helpful while we were actually staying there.The listing also mentioned there "could be some construction," but construction was directly outside the balcony from approximately 8 AM–8 PM every day. I feel this should have been much more clearly disclosed.Overall, there were simply too many issues for the price, and the lack of timely response made the experience even more disappointing. I would not stay here again.
