-Beach gear included: 6 towels, 3 chairs, 3 boogie boards, a collapsible wagon, a beach umbrella, a soft-sided cooler for drinks and snacks—and a few sand toys for our youngest guests.
-Comfortable 2BR/2BA layout—ideal for couples, families, golf groups, or a quiet girls' getaway.
-Easy access: Only two steps from the parking lot—no elevators or long hauls.
-Tranquil location: Just behind the beautiful, protected dunes—often blooming with wildflowers. You’ll still hear the waves and feel the breeze from your cozy retreat.
-Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for quick snacks or family meals.

While not an ADA unit, we’re happy to provide a list of nearby beach access points with wheelchair-friendly options and details about free beach wheelchair rentals offered by the City of North Myrtle Beach.

Why they chose this property
We grew up creating great vacation memories in Cherry Grove and want to help others enjoy the same kind of experiences. We love the family atmosphere and wide, sandy beaches that have made Cherry Grove famous. Our family enjoys walking to the fishing pier, biking down the beach, easy access to The Point, and the conveniences of shopping and oceanfront dining just 1.2 miles away.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with King View Villas because it is a small community of only 18 condos, but it offers big amenities like beachfront access, pool, and peaceful privacy because it is situated among homes vs high rises! We love the extra large porch and knew that other families would enjoy this condo as much as we do!
