Improvements include new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, bedroom carpet, fresh new paint and completely new furniture throughout! Beautiful morning sunrise from the balcony and minutes walk or bike ride to the beaches. Heated inground pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, deeded beach access. HOA requires 2 week minimum during months of February, March and April.

We had a great time in Sanibel. Nice quiet place, clean and up to date. Juanita was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
