Cozy Rooftop Apartment by the Sea
Our cozy and elegant apartment with modern amenities and a balcony is located on the top of the two floor building therefore you have access to the private roof terrace. It consists of 2 bedrooms each with new comfortable king-size bed, 1 small room with sofa bed, 1 open plan living room with kitchen and 1 bathroom, new closets, air conditioning and TV. Bedrooms are facing the street with a park full of trees and beautiful large palm trees in the entrance of building. You will have access to entire apartment, balcony and to the roof terrace. The last features sunbeds, beach towels, umbrella, table and chairs and barbeque to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks or dinners al fresco :) Also there is plenty space for free parking right outside the entrance.
Just in 3'-4' walking distance from your doorsteps switch off and relax on golden sand beach that is tacked between pine trees and clear, warm water of the Thermaic Gulf. Enjoy the blue sky, the picturesque sunset, fresh fish restaurants, taverns with delicious greek food and bars that are open till early morning. Everything you might need for a comfortable and memorable holiday is literally round the corner: grocery, bakery, butchery, supermarket and pharmacy in 3'min. walk. In cafe-bars on the beach you can get free sunbed with a bottle of cold water ordering your favorite coffee, fizzy drink, refreshing cocktail or snack.

You will find services such as health center, police, taxi, public transport. The bus stop is 2' walk. Market once a week in the area where you can get fresh fruit, veggies, fish and more.
If you are not planning to rent a car then there is regular bus service to and from Thessaloniki (the fare is € 1.20). You can also use it to get to the neighborhood beaches or to the biggest shopping centers of the city "Hondos Center" and "Cosmos" with multiplex cinemas, Cafes, restaurants, bowling and Luna Park - entertainment parks.
There are plenty of nightclubs and Buzukia (nightclub with live greek music). For those who would like to try their luck :) there is Regency Casino Thessaloniki (close to the airport) - the largest Casino in Greece set amongst 75,000 square metres of magnificently manicured gardens, creating a stunning environment that offers the visitor a breathtaking world of entertainment and excitement.
Aso there is a boat across the Thermaikos Gulf from the port of Thessaloniki, or from the White Tower.

It is almost by the sea. You can enjoy your coffee and breakfasts or dinners alfresco on the balcony, in 5min. walking distance you can get on a boat and in 50min. pleasant journey you will be in THessaloniki :)))
What makes this property unique
In the apartment there are all appliances provided: TV, aircon, washing machine, cooker, fridge, iron, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, mixer, blender, saucepans, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, bowls and more. Fast internet connection Easy WiFi to all parts of the apartment. Private balcony and roof terrace with table, chairs and sun-beds, towels and beach towels. Bed rooms have comfy king size beds, wardrobe with hungers. There is a desk for laptop Kids room have a sofa bed and a baby cot. First aid kit in case of emergency. Fire extinguisher. There are many extras as: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen paper etc.
Our checkin time is flexible and so is the checkout time when it is possible, for example if we are not expecting guests at your check out day. If your flight is later than your checkout time you are welcome to leave your luggage. There is planty of free parking space on the street in front of building entrance.

- No food allowed in bedrooms. Only water.
- The decorative cushions and throughs are not for sleep purpouses, place them in the wardrobe.
- Wash off sun bathing/protective cream prior going to bed. It ruins bed linen.
- Keep widows and balcony doors closed when the air-condition is on.
- Turn off the air-conditioning and lights when not in the apartment.
- Dispose trash daily and on departure in green beans outside on street.
