Located in South of Abilene (Wylie neighborhood), this lovely house boasts 5 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 queen, 2 full, and 2 twin/single beds. With 2.5 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. The property also offers amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC for a comfortable stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. 1 large TV in living room that connected to Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus. 2 smaller TVs with Roku in two bedrooms. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests (families with children) or group of 10 adults comfortably. Initial supply of toilet paper, paper towel, toiletries, and laundry detergents are provided. High chair, pack and play, walker, and bouncer are available upon request.

*No Pet Policy - (no pets. Any violations will incur an additional minimum deep cleaning fee of $500)
*No overnight guests that are no on reservation

This house was great! Definitely believe all the reviews saying how clean it is! The owner takes such great care of the property, I have absolutely no complaints about our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The high chair, baby toys, and toddler plates and utensils were so convenient. If we’re back in Abilene, this is the only house I’ll be renting from now on.

I’m sorry to hear about the hot water experience. Our water heater is rated to handle standard groups perfectly, but with 9 adults showering consecutively, it simply needs a little time to recover between uses.

This house is amazing! It doesn’t look that large from the outside but once you enter it’s beautiful and inviting. All the bedrooms, 5 in total, are a nice size. As are the bathrooms. There were so many extras that I’ve never had in previous VRBOs. All the bathrooms had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also on the sinks were large bottles of hand wash and body lotion and even little canisters of Q-tips, cotton balls and makeup pads. The towels were think and absorbent and great water pressure. The beds all had luxurious bedding and fluffy pillows. Every room had a fan and blackout curtains. The living room has leather couches that recline and a large TV with movie channels loaded for your use. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and Kurieg coffee maker with kurieg cups available plus creamer, sugar and sweetener and a large dining table and chairs. The master suite is huge as is the en suite bathroom with walkin shower, a jetted tub and double sinks. All the bedrooms have generators closet space as well. And there was also foosball in the living room. We were also surprised to find a highchair, toys, a rocking horse and a pack and play in the closet which came in handy for our 15 month old. We had two couples and four other adults staying and we never felt crowded or uncomfortable and the bedrooms are all so quiet. The host was super helpful and responsive anytime I had a question. This house is a super value. The best rental I have ever stayed in.

Wonderful stay in great home!

We were only in town for one night for a family party, but we’d come back any time for a longer stay at this property. It was very clean, the coffee amenities were welcome and comprehensive, and it’s a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of space and my family of six were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!

The house was immaculate! The bedroom with the half bath was perfect for my disabled mother to get to the restroom easily during the night. Kitchen very well-stocked - thank you for the foil and plastic wrap - no one ever has that. We did use the small fold-out table and extra chairs - easy to find and use. Thank you for the listing.

I booked this house for my family, which included adults, 2 young children, & a teen. There was more than enough room for all of us to sleep and hang out together. I appreciated the stocked coffee bar and snacks. The house was also very clean. Shoes aren’t allowed to be worn inside, so slippers & shoe covers were provided. Overall, the house was great!

Says sleeps 10, maybe 5 couples yeah but not single adult's maybe add 2 twin or full 2 beds in each room, needed more toilet tissue, definitely could have used more TVs and cable or live tv streaming we couldn't sign into our Hulu live accounts other that everything else was good
