Planning your Alaskan adventure? This is the perfect home base! Conveniently located for exploring, this downstairs apartment offers a perfect stay. Close to all things Alaskan, hiking, fishing, biking and just minutes away is a Kroger, Starbucks, Target, Ulta along with local and fine dining.
Inside you’ll find plush organic towels, bathrobes, luxury sheets, plenty of blankets. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with extra bedding, white noise machines, earplugs, blackout curtains and eye masks—perfect for bright summer nights. Please note this is a downstairs unit with a shared entrance and can anticipate some noise from upstairs.

For added comfort, the living room has up/down blinds for privacy, and the bathroom is fully stocked.

Anchorage getaway

Cozy downstairs apartment complete with comfy beds, bath shower with great water pressure, kitchen complete with all amenities. We were very happy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this space!! Five stars!!

This place is excellent - linens & towels provided. The apartment is very clean and in excellent repair. But what really made this a great stay where the details - kitchen is well stocked including Pfaltzgraff plates and Cuisinart knives - robes, slippers, laundry items and even a stuffed plush otter on the love seat — a very cool place. Only Con was we were not crazy about the neighborhood - but everything else was amazing.

Amazing Place

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We absolutely love this spot. The hosted an amazing job at providing everything you could ever think of. Her attention to detail was spectacular. The place was very spacious very clean and close to everything in Anchorage. Anchorage is a small city with no traffic. There is a Starbucks 1/4 mile away. I’d highly recommend staying here.

This apartment was the nicest one ive ever rented. All the details to make us comfortable. We could not have asked for more. The facecloths were the softest ever (just ordered some for myself) there were touch lamps and sound machines in the bedroom. Duel coffee makers- drip & pods! Everything is well stocked and beautiful! It was in a neighborhood not too close to downtown.
