Spacious and elevated three-bedroom, two-bathroom floating home on famed Issaquah Dock in Sausalito. This beautiful floating home offers stunning views of both Mount Tam and San Francisco, with three kayaks and two bicycles ready to explore. Truly the best of both worlds, incredibly serene yet only 12 minutes from San Francisco, as well as, a short jaunt to both the Napa and Sonoma wine country. Also a short and pleasant bike ride to both charming downtowns of Mill Valley or Sausalito (and the Sausalito Ferry terminal), The very best of the houseboat experience, with modern amenities, a recently updated kitchen, and both bathrooms featuring Toto toilets. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets await you from two spacious decks.
Fun fact: Issaquah is one of nine docks famous for their artistic and bohemian roots and stunning views, it is also the home of Jennifer Gardner's character in the 2023 thriller "The Last Thing He Told Me" (Check it out on Apple +).
