The Space:

This 2nd-floor studio layout is perfect for visitors who want to take advantage of Fripp's many amenities and be within walking distance of the beach. Property is now pet-friendly with a fee! 517 Sunsuite will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.



This unit includes a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, oven, microwave, and Keurig and drip coffee maker. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a separate vanity area. Smart TV with Hargray cable live TV and high-speed wireless internet. Down the hall is a separate shared laundry area with washers and dryers. Daily rentals available year-round!



Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.



Outside, enjoy the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle sea breezes from your shared balcony. With easy access to the beach, golf courses, pools, and other resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.



Included with your rental are up to 4 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



Getting to know Fripp Island:

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island offers a wide variety of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, six tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also home to a large number of whitetail deer.
