This was the perfect house for a large group to spread out, with each family having their own room and bathroom. The location was great and the outdoor pool was a hit. The host was very quick with responses and very polite. The house was very clean and modern, and had all the amenities you need. We especially liked the beach chairs provided and the garage space for parking. If we visit Amelia Island again, we would highly consider staying here again.

Lovely Vacay

Property is perfectly situated with ocean view and steps south to beach access. Check-in was easy. Kitchen is modern and great for groups. Be aware, this is a duplex. You’ll be sharing common pool if you don’t rent both sides.
