This is a very comfortable house for a family. The air conditioning system is the only thing that seems to be a bit hard to figure out because the basement is very cold when upstairs is warm. Overall a ten!

My family had a great overnight stay at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with 2 bedrooms and a bath on the main level and 2 beds/bath in the basement. Lots of room to spread out and the beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning tremendously! There was a light smoke smell upon entry that went away pretty quickly — in case people are sensitive. As others have noted, the upstairs bathroom is just a tub — no shower head. We will stay here again if given the chance.
