Our luxurious property is the perfect weekend getaway for couples, solo travelers, or small families and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Inside the property, you will find gorgeous modern furnishings and artful décor that oozes a stylish ambiance designed to put you in a holiday mood. As you walk down the hall, you will be greeted with our glamorous open concept kitchen and living room area, with vaulted ceilings and windows bringing in generous amounts of light to the space. The kitchen features beautiful overhead cabinetry, a full size refrigerator, and a refreshing coffee bar to start your day off with a warm cup of tea while looking out at the wonderful views of Wheelers Peak! If you’re looking to get creative in the kitchen, be sure your culinary delights will be satisfied with our high-quality tools and appliances. This includes 2020 Stainless Steel Whirlpool appliances (electric range + oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), toaster, coffee maker (both traditional 12-cup coffeemaker and Keurig), and blender. The kitchen also has plenty of silverware, plates/bowls/cups/mugs, pots & pans, and baking pans. Take the comfort level up a notch and slip into the spacious living room area, enclosed with a cushy couch, and a cozy fireplace designed for maximized relaxation. While you’re at it, enjoy using our large smart TV with the capacity to download your favorite streaming services to keep you entertained. After a fun night out, rest assured you will fall asleep comfortably in our bedrooms, containing high-quality linens, soft fluffy pillows, sound machines, and black out curtains minimizing any outside distractions. ✓ Activities galore: Skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking just a step away…A few steps to the right as you exit the condo will take you to the ski basin and ski/bike rentals shop – ideal for winter sports! In the summertime, you can explore the outdoors by renting out a bicycle at one of the shops just down the road from us. Additionally take advantage of all the surrounding hiking trails and mountain peaks – all within minutes from our property. The Village of Angel Fire offers a free-access greenbelt trail system that includes terrain suited for all levels. Other outdoor activities include Guided Game Hunts, Angel Fire Bike Park, Angel Fire Zipline Adventure Tour, Golf at Angel Fire Resort, Tennis & Pickleball, Monte Verde Lake Activities, Scenic Chairlift Rides, Cross Country Mountain Biking, and Angel Fire Disc Golf.

FIREPLACE: The wood-burning fireplace may be used with written permission from the owner. Guests are expected to provide their own firewood and to understand how to use the wood-burning fireplace before operating. *GUESTS ARE TO ACCEPT FULL LIABILITY FOR USING THE FIREPLACE AND MAY NOT LEAVE FIRES UNATTENDED*
HOA RULES: All guests must adhere to the condo rules. Any condo violation fees assessed during the guest stay will be deducted from the guest's security deposit. The HOA rules are posted on the wall inside the condo unit.
PARKING/ACCESS: There is a parking lot here. There is a steep hill that leads to the parking lot, so a 4WD is recommended but not necessary during the snowier months. I have a RAV4 (2WD) that I drive in and out without too much issue for most of the year. There are 2 steps leading from the parking lot to the front door of the condo. There are NO neighbors upstairs. There is a condo unit directly downstairs so please be respectful of noise after hours.
NEIGHBORS: This condo does not have anyone above, only neighbors below. The master bedroom, living/dining/kitchen and bathroom is downstairs, with an upstairs loft.
MINI DESCRIPTION: 1 bedroom condo with loft. Walk to the Chile Express Ski lift! - with Wheeler Peak Views! This unit features vaulted ceilings, a loft with queen bed, a queen-sleeper in living room, and king bed in downstairs master bedroom.

QUIET HOURS - Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet time is between 10:00 pm ≈ 8:00 am.
Tampering of smart locks, modem/router, cameras or other devices will result in a $250 fee per device and non-refundable cancellation of stay.
